We produce calf-to-finish, grass-fed beef here on our farm. Our cows are pastured and loose-housed year round, receive no growth hormones and antibiotics only when medically necessary. With only the addition of a bull calf every few years, this is the same family of cows, living on the same farm, for over 50 years.
Our beef is taken to a small inspected facility for butchering and is sold as individual cuts that are dry aged for three weeks, vacumn packed and fast-frozen to maintain the highest quality.
Payment is not due until the delivery day. An option to pay by credit card will appear, but we prefer you select COD or bank deposit (email) as the payment option. Thank you.
