SUPER excited to have smoked pork chops available this coming Friday. These are prepared by Dexters Butcher Block in Tatamagouche (with our awesome pork!) and are seriously amazing. These are being picked up and sold the same day so they will be fresh - Too good to count and put them in the freezer, so we are going to be selling them at a meat up in St. Peters.
We will also have smoked beef sausages from Dexters as well. I haven't actually tried them yet, but everything he does is delicious so I'm sure these will be too. (And if you are ever in Tatamagouche be sure to stop in. Dexters' shop is right on Main Street, and is a seriously authentic meat shop with great local products.)
Both the smoked chops and the beef sausage are a once a year treat, so make sure you don't miss out!
We will also have a full range of beef available. Fresh frozen, but also picked up that day from the butcher. This was a two year old steer, dry aged and grass fed, so I think it will be some great beef.
