These little guys went out today, and should be moving to their pasture next week.
Bacon and sausage should be ready this week and I'm hoping to set up a delivery next week. The big pigs will be going towards the end of the month. More pork available then as well as sides for those that ordered them. I will be in touch with people who ordered sides to get cutting instructions.
Another batch should be ready for college in late December.
